Description

Views of Cape Cod Bay, and you can see the ships passing through the Cape Cod Canal! This is a single story cape house located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access (walking distance) to shops, restaurants, grocery essentials (Stop & Shop, CVS, liquor stores, etc.), Post Office, coffee shops and hardware. The Sandwich Marina and Cape Cod Canal are a half mile away. 1st Beach (Town Neck) is a short 1.2 mile bike ride. Treehouse Brewery is just 1.2 miles away on the beach.

The house is 2 miles off the first exit on the mid Cape highway, so getting on and off Cape is a breeze.
We have three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, office space, and our living room offers views of the bay. We have a large back yard with plenty of room for outdoor games, and bonfires. The back patio has a large seating area and a gas grill for out door dining.

NOTE! we have a few odd groups of days not booked, if the days are something you would be looking for let us know, we can work around the 7 day minimum!

    Wonderful Stay

    This home is so comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is convenient. The backyard is peaceful and serene. The hosts are great and make it really easy to have a wonderful stay!
