The moment you walk in the door to Coastal Simplicity, you’ll be struck by the casual elegance of this newly renovated home. Completely refurbished in 2022, the home exudes a modern coastal vibe. The living, dining and kitchen areas all flow together creating an inviting space to operate and relax. The large, bright, fully equipped kitchen features a large center island with counter seating for three. There’s an additional family room at the rear of the house with vaulted ceilings, built in shelving and the big TV. The family room flows out to the meticulously maintained patio and welcoming fire pit. The manicured lawn has a kids playscape for the little ones. 

Head out to the back yard and you’re directly on the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Head east to Nickerson Park and Orleans or west back into central Brewster.  You’re also just a  five-minute walk to Ocean Edge Resort where all the dining outlets are open to the public, including the breathtaking Ocean Terrace  overlooking Cape Cod Bay and the private ''igloos'' on the massive front lawn in front of the landmark Mansion. You can access nearby bay beaches at Ellis Landing (0.9 miles), Linnell Landing (1.1 miles) or Crosby Landing (1.7 miles).

Back at the house you’ll find a primary suite with a King bed and stunning bathroom en suite. The other two bedrooms share a renovated bath and feature a queen bed and twins, respectively. There’s also a half bath off the dining room, and another room with barn doors where you can work remote or just send a quick email. This room also features a day bed for extra sleeping flexibility. The home offers air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and cable TV, as well as a SONOS® sound system.
