We are two sisters, Michela and Nicole, who own this home along with our husbands and children. Michela and Matt have four young children, ranging in ages 10 to 4, and Nicole and Erhick have two young boys, one six and one four. Both families live in Massachusetts and have long enjoyed traveling together, vacationing all around beautiful New England beach areas and beyond to international destinations. Most recently, both families can be found undertaking fixer upper projects, which keep them quite busy. Our family also has a long history of beachfront vacation rentals along the Maine coastline. Most importantly, we love creating family memories together in beautiful settings.

We hope that your stay at our home will allow you to also enjoy the beauty and splendor of Cape Cod and the islands, and create those everlasting memories.

Our home in Sandwich, Massachusetts provides a unique opportunity to vacation in a centrally located spot in upper Cape Cod. You are 15 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge, 15 minutes from the Bourne Bridge, 15 minutes to the ferries in Hyannis, and 15 minutes or less to some of the most popular beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

As part of the Lakefield Farms private association, our home also offers private access to our lake, which is a convenient 5 minute walk or an easy drive with ample parking spots.

Our home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that allows you the opportunity to return home after a fun-filled day on the cape for some peace and relaxation. It also offers a large, very private yard, featuring ample parking, a large deck to enjoy dinners outdoors, a fire pit, outdoor shower to make those returns home from the beach that much easier, BBQ, and outdoor heater for some of those cooler Cape Cod evenings.

Sandwich, Massachusetts is a wonderful town to vacation in given it's central location. You are a quick ride to some of the areas most desirable beaches, including Sandy Neck Beach, Scorton Neck Beach, and East Sandwich Beach, just to name a few.

Some of our favorite attractions include the Heritage Museum & Gardens, the Cape Cod Airfield, visiting many of the local antique shops, Cape Cod Winery, Tree House Brewery, and many quintessential New England eateries. It is also quick 15 minute drive to Hyannis to hop aboard a ferry to enjoy a day in Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.
