This casual and updated home welcomes you to come enjoy. Thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom, and close to Sandwich Village! 

Guests are welcomed into this beautiful three bedroom, one bathroom home with all the amenities you will need on your vacation. You will enter this home through the mudroom on the backside of the house, great place to hang your towels from the beach or even the dog leash. From the mudroom you will head into the newly renovated kitchen with stainless steal appliances, butcherblock countertops, and a large dining table with room for the entire group to enjoy a meal together.

The living room features a comfortable couch with a large arm chair to catch a game or watch a movie. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, each features a queen-sized bed. On the first floor you will also find the bathroom with a shower/tub combination. 

The stairway brings you up to an additional room with 2 twin beds, a fold down futon and an additional living area. This is a great space for kids to hang out or even the additional friends/family. 

The large front yard has great greenery to offer kids shade during an intense game of tag! In the back of house you will also find an enclosed outdoor shower. This property is just a short drive to historic  Sandwich Village where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Town Neck Beach is also a short drive away. The Cape Cod Canal is a great place to see the boats enter and exit the Canal, ride a bike along the 14 mile bike trail or just go for a nice walk!

Washer/Dryer in the basement for guests to use. 

Home offers central air conditioning with an additional three ductless mini-splits for extra cooling on the lower level.
This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Pet Friendly Homes are for a Dog only.  This home allows 2 dogs with a $25 per dog per night fee.  With owner approval, a third dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime. 

Additional Information to Assist You:
Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. 
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. 
***Linens - bed sheets, bath and dish towels are included with this home for the total occupancy.  Guest will be need to bring beach towels. Please ask our guest specialist for details.  Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
