Walk to East Sandwich Beach from this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home.

Nicely kept with laundry and window a/c units. Please note this property has no cable but is equipped with a smart TV with Fubo TV and other streaming apps.

The house is newly remodeled and has everything you need. Have a cookout on the Weber grill and enjoy the firepit after a fun day at the beach. After dinner, walk to the beach and watch the amazing sunsets!

The beach is about a 5 minute walk and Scorton Creek is about a 10 minute walk. Scorton Creek is great for fishing and famous for ''floating'' on rafts from the bay to the bridge and beyond to conservation areas.

Our location is unique because it's not commercialized, the pace is slow here, the town is quaint and historic, but you can get to Boston in an hour (without traffic of course).

We will consider one dog under 40 pounds.

    Our family relocated to Sandwich from Nantucket in 2015. We've fallen in love with the town and in particular, our own neighborhood in East Sandwich Beach.

    What is special about this property?
    This is an ideal location because it's only a short (1/3 mile) walk from the property to the beach, and 8/10 of a mile to Scorton Creek. The beach stays pretty quiet all season (except for 4th of July), and the creek offers great fishing, kayaking & rafting.

    What is special about your town?
    Sandwich is the oldest town on Cape Cod, there's a lot of history and a quaint vibe that is absolutely unique.
