I spent over 1 month at this property from Aug - Sept. I was working remotely and I was happy there was office space and fast wifi. The sunroom also had a twin bed for guests and and additional small room to use as an art studio. The property is an easy walk across from the bay beach. My dog and I went there daily! The location is a short walk to restaurants, markets and galleries. There is a spacious private garden with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, dining table, umbrella and a bbq. My dog enjoyed playing ball in the yard. It was convenient! The queen bedroom had a lot of storage and a smart tv. It was quiet and peaceful. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Steph was a very gracious owner who was responsive and flexible when we had changing needs for our stay. She gave excellent, personalized tips for what to do and see in the area. Her place is a beautiful oasis in the East End of Provincetown - a lovely walk to the center of town. I visited with my teen daughter and niece and it was a perfect stay! Would recommend for any artist, writer, or creative type who is looking for a restful and rejuvenating getaway and a great base for those wanting to enjoy all of the town's offerings and beaches. show more show less

I used this lovely apartment for both a writing retreat and a family weekend, and I could not have been happier. My daughter loved sleeping in the little side room, and you could potentially sleep a second kid or a guest on the daybed in the sunroom. There is sunlight on three sides, so it's bright from sunrise to sunset, and you're surrounded by trees and greenery. Original artwork and a beautiful Bohemian sunroom connect you to old Provincetown.

Stephanie, who lives in the adjoining house, is a gracious host who gives you complete privacy but is on call to answer questions and make sure you're comfortable. The East End location is perfect — a short walk to galleries and gourmet food markets, and 15 minutes to the center of town. Highly recommend this very authentic way to experience P'town.

I had the pleasure of being able to stay in this vacation home for 2 weeks. It is a very artistic house with a very comfortable bed, a great kitchen, and really lovely amenities. We cooked dinner almost every night using the grill that was provided, and ate almost every meal in the outside area.

Stephanie is a fantastic host, filled with great tips about the area and always ready to help with anything we needed. It is a truly great location, just a minute walk to the beach and around a 10-15 minute walk from the town center. Staying in this house was a great way to experience Provincetown, you're just a stone's throw away from fabulous beaches and fantastic restaurants. The house also gives you privacy from the bustling nightlife if you want it.

I couldn't recommend this house or experience more, I had a wonderful time. show more show less

My friend and I were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this bohemian, quant apartment only one block away from the beach. In a prime location, it is both walkable into the heart of town while being distanced enough in a charming, residential, and quiet stretch. It is perfect for a beach vacation with a lovely outdoor space and a grill. The apartment itself is comfortable with a lot of natural light and plenty of interesting art on the walls. The host, who lives in a separate unit in the back of the house, is an extremely accommodating and active host who knows Provincetown inside and out with great recommendations. Being my first time in Provincetown, I'm happy I stayed in such a lovely rental with a knowledgeable and kind host. Cannot recommend enough! show more show less
