We are having the most wonderful vacation - mostly due to the fantastic accomodations in your house on Kiah's Way. I cannot say enough about the comfort and feel of this place. It is spacious, inviting, has everything a family needs to enjoy time together inside or out. We spend our mornings listening to the birds with our coffee on the front deck, and then spend our evenings watching the sun set over the pond with our glass of wine and some great music. My daughter has been swimming non-stop in the pool or at the beach across the street. It has been a gloriously hot week, so the pool and central air conditioning have been most beneficial and necessary!! We have ventured out a bit to the ocean and nearby attractions, but mostly are just enjoying a great time at the house. My husband and I were just talking about coming back here next summer. You can just about book us now for 2011, we just need to figure out the week!

My husband & I stayed at the beach house in Sept. of 2009. This is a pet friendly rental, for those of us who can not live without our little furry friends. I have to say for someone to trust enough to allow that to happen is incredible. I guess it is all a matter of trust, which I am glad to say worked out very well to our advantage since we will be staying there again next September,,,,, Can't wait. I can't rave enough about the privacy, the relaxing atmosphere, and most of all the POOL, loved it, loved it, loved it!! Heated very clean, the best part of my vacation. Huge fenced in yard. Just rest and relaxation for a whole week, couldn't ask for more except to keep renting!!"

Summer of 2009 was fantastic down the cape at this Beach House! The beach was incredible, the pool, the house was big and comfortable yet with places for intimate conversations, too. Frankly, the location was my favorite aspect. Being Exit 3 it was an easier ride, and in such a private setting--it was like we were away from it all yet with access only a short drive away from quaint stores, pubs, and historic old Sandwich. It was what "vacation" was meant to be.
