It is also less than a mile to great beaches, the Cape Cod Canal, Sandwich marina and the Sandwich Boardwalk. Enjoy the gorgeous backyard from the large deck adjoining the kitchen and dining areas. A beautiful crystal clear stream flows through the back yard on its way to the sea and is home to wild ducks, herons and swans. Enjoy breakfast or cocktails on the deck in view of the serene beauty and peaceful sounds of the water. It is close to fishing, miniature golf, trout hatchery, walking or biking on many local nature trails.

The large kitchen is very well equipped and you walk out to a large deck and a gorgeous view of the back yard and stream. The kitchen is part of the great room that includes dining (table for six or more) and for socializing, TV, etc.
The master bedroom is on the first floor with a full bath. There is a half bath and laundry room also on the first floor.
Upstairs includes four bedrooms, full bath and a den/sitting area to watch TV or a movie.
The home sleeps 8 people comfortably.

Three generations had a wonderful time in this lovely house! The yard with the creek running by was perfect for games of football and tag. My grandfather was raised on Cape Cod and I am glad to have had the chance to get to know his hometown a bit.
