Professionally decorated for a very luxurious, yet comfortable atmosphere. Great area for families. Two queen beds, two twins and a king bed that can convert to two twins.
New washer and dryer and new crib (2010). High ceilings in living room, ceiling fans, fireplace and little finishing touches make it feel even more comfortable than home. Enjoy morning coffee(keurig) and newspaper on the spacious deck or even better - on the beach! New air conditioning in every bedroom, new flat screen cable TV in every bedroom and the family room, hi-speed wireless internet. Outdoor shower, patio furniture, gas grill and beach chairs.

the creek and adjacent marsh. Follow the inner beach to ...the end - ...you can see where the ocean water feeds the creek, and you can walk around to the bay-facing beach.
We rented this home in July 2011. We have rented homes in Sandwich for over 10 yrs now, and this was the cleanest, best of all! This home is in perfect condition, and the owners were so accomodating and welcoming. Our family loved the outside shower.
The house itself lacked nothing. The close proximity to the beach was great walking distance for our 4 yr old. The kids loved the fenced in back yard, and we enjoyed breakfast on the shady deck. Sandwich is such a nice town, and this home is walking distance to just about anything. Our plan is to return next year for (2) weeks!!
