This was a last minute booking and the owner was very responsive and quick to answer any emails or texts. Barrie made the check in and out process easy. This condo was close to Commercial Street (5-7 minute walk) but very quiet. There is a shared gravel driveway up an incline to the condo. There are 3 parking spots, 2 up near the condo and 1 at the bottom of the driveway. The 3 bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable with a wall ac unit in each. The 3rd floor bedroom is large and is bright and sunny with windows on 3 sides and has its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom or there is also a bathroom on the first floor with a shower. Off the living room there is a deck with grill and table for 6 but no outside area or yard for playing if you have kids with you (we did not). The kitchen is well appointed but small and we did not do much cooking in it. Barrie provided a binder of suggestions of places to go and things to see (some not currently open due to covid) but there still were plenty of shops and restaurants open. We found Provincetown to be very compliant with current covid restrictions and Commercial Street is a mandatory mask area and everyone seemed to be complying. There were even Mask Ambassadors on Commercial street to give out masks and make sure everyone was complying and staying safe. This condo is a quick drive to 3 great National Seashore beaches (Race Point, Herring Cove and Head of the Meadow). The beaches are large and we found it easy to keep the 12' distance recommended between groups at the beach (get there between 9 and 10). We found the town, restaurants and beaches to be more crowded than we expected, but we felt safe during this covid crisis. Some of our favorite things to do in Provincetown were: walk across the jetty (Provincetown causeway), watch the sunset at Herring Cove beach, eat some wonderful seafood, and walk along the eclectic and interesting Commercial street. This condo is clean and the owner was easy to work with. It is a great place for up to 6 people and is in a great location if you want to experience everything Provincetown has to offer. show more show less

What a special place! Our family stayed here for for nearly two weeks in July and it was just what we were looking for. The location was perfect: a short walk to the center of town or a quick drive/bike ride to our favorite beaches and hikes. We took advantage of Mac's seafood market and restaurant as well as several other great spots that were just down the street. We walked five minutes to rent bikes at The Bike Shack and rode from there to the dune trails. In short, the location of this house made everything smooth and easy. It was close to everything you need, including the Stop and Shop, but still felt peaceful and removed.

The layout of the house had space for people to gather, and because it's three stories, also provided privacy. The kitchen offered all that we needed and we often cooked fresh fish on the BBQ on the deck. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the master bedroom on the top floor was simply magical. It was light and airy and felt like we were surrounded by trees.
