A recent transplant from North Carolina, Don brings his years of business leadership and southern hospitality to Provincetown to build a ''new'' John Randall House and Cottages. Along with myself and my extensive experience in the business and service industry, I am also an avid art collector. The wholly-owned art collection of The Cottages and The John Randall House found a new home in Provincetown when I relocated here from North Carolina. The eclectic collection consists of pieces acquired during travels throughout the United States and abroad. The collection continues to grow based on my interest in local masters and up-and-coming newcomers.

Not only does original art hang throughout the cottages, but all of it has a connection to travel, rediscovery of self, and other subjects that stirred something personally in me.

What is special about this property?
Located in the center of Provincetown, just one block off lively Commercial Street, The John Randall House and Cottages delivers a tranquil boutique experience in the heart of the most unique village on Cape Cod.

''The Rising Sun'', Cottage #1 at the John Randall House'' is a spacious, fully furnished two-bedroom condo with all the amenities for a home away from home. Just one block off Commercial Street with its galleries, shops, cafés, gyms, fine dining and busy nightlife, the cottage's central location makes everything conveniently close. But best of all, its secluded setting off the street provides a peaceful, private space to enjoy your stay in Provincetown.

The Cottage comes with parking for 2 vehicles, air conditioning, washer/dryer, a front deck with gas grill on site, a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and much more. Recently renovated, this beautifully decorated home is part art gallery with a sophisticated boutique feel.

''Serenity'' Cottage #2 at The John Randall House, our newly renovated cottage, is a spacious, fully furnished one-bedroom condo with all the amenities for a home away from home. The design of the new cottage is eclectic and breezy while keeping with the overrall feel of all JRH properties. Part art gallery with a touch of beach flavor, this new cottage is a crowd pleaser.

The Cottage comes with parking for 1 vehicle, air conditioning, washer/dryer, a front deck a gas grill on site, and much more.

What is special about your town?
Just about everyone who sets foot on the sandy shore of Provincetown says there is something magical about this place. Maybe it's because it sits at the edge of the continent, 60 miles out to sea, in a place that swirls together so many people and experiences. Visitors are drawn to this remote swatch of land for the beautiful beaches and the welcoming restaurants, the art galleries, charming and luxurious guesthouses and boutique inns and the charming shops. A favorite LGBTQ+ destination, Provincetown celebrates individuality and freedom of expression. It also has a rich creative history as the oldest continuous art colony in the country. Each season offers visitors something new, something different. From Carnival in August to Women's Week in October and First Light at year's end, Provincetown beckons any time of year.
