Where should I begin?! Shawn's P-Town house is truly MAGICAL!! My friends and I stayed there over the 4th of July weekend and we had the most amazing time, thanks to Shawn and his husband. The photos on the website do not do it justice.. The house is so much nicer in person. And, every single room is well appointed and decorated to perfection.

Our group spent a lot of time in the kitchen, which became the heart and soul of the house for the week, as we cooked, drank wine and shared stories.

There were 8 guys and it slept all of us comfortably! While I had been to P-Town many times before, this was the first time to the Cape for everyone else in our group. With that in mind, Shawn made sure to provide us with the best restaurant, bar and local attraction recommendations. We all rented bikes for the week and were able to get to various local haunts within 5 minutes. Sometimes we opted to walk and meandering through the charming neighborhoods was perfection, too. Those walks were typically 15-20 minutes.

All in all, Shawn was BEYOND attentive and responsive. I could not have asked for a more delightful, easy and seamless experience.

Everything about this luxurious well-appointed home is warm and welcoming! The minute we walked in the door it felt like home. Well actually better than home! We plopped our stuff down in the kitchen only to immediately realize we had over-packed. There was every amenity you could desire in the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms!

We each staked out our bedrooms. Mine was on the third floor. Nice big comfy bed with lovely linens and with beautiful en suite bathroom with plenty of soft fluffy towels! Double doors lead to outdoor hot tub and sitting area. A short staircase up from that is the rooftop with wonderful views from all sides! I watched the sunset and sunrise quite a few times during our stay! I could have stayed up there all week, but I was there to spend time with my girlfriends! Well, each of their rooms are just as lovely!

The downstairs gas fireplace in the stunning living was a perfect spot to be cozy, sip some wine, (or your beverage of choice) and just hang! But we did spent most of our time at the large kitchen island. We drank, cooked a lot, ate a lot, laughed until our sides hurt, and even did some bad karaoke!

It's a short walk to town or beach areas and the famous Provincetown Causeway and a couple minute drive to the legendary Race Point! PTown has fabulous restaurants, bars, and nightlife! But if you want to stay home and just hang this is the spot. And if you don't feel like cooking (btw the kitchen is a chef's delight) I highly recommend delivery from Kung Fu Dumplings! We had most of our meals at home but we opted for these the final night! Yummy!

PTown is a fun, exciting, interesting, and lively place to spend some time (they were filming American Horror Story during our stay, and it was cool to see the action)! But again, it was so sweet to come back "home" away from the hustle and just relax! This is the absolute perfect place for friends, or families to get together! Plenty to do for children and adults alike.

Shawn was the absolute perfect host and we love him even more because this spectacular unit is pet-friendly. I left my Ragdolls at home! But maybe next time!

Amazing stay at a beautiful property. Shawn is a spectacular host.

This home is one of the nicest I have every had the pleasure of staying in. Shawn has set up the home beautifully and it was comfortable and clean. Stayed with my partner, two kids, and dog, and there was ample space for all of us. The house is conveniently located in the western end of Provincetown, a short but pretty walk from downtown and very tranquil. Communication with Shawn was easy and he was happy to help with every detail. Very much looking forward to our next stay! show more show less
