Small is Beautiful!

Smart home, smarter owners. Mark & George clearly gave careful consideration about design and efficiency. The unit is immaculate with modern appliances and ultra-efficient AC. Kitchen has the most up-to-date appliances and is well-appointed. We were fully caffeinated by the Nespresso Coffee machine which provided delicious coffee and Espresso.

The deck, with dune views of the Province Lands, is an oasis of privacy that gets the sun all day and provides added space that makes the unit feel more spacious.

Beautiful bathroom with stall shower featuring a waterfall shower head plus handheld, became its own adventure (sorry about the water bill, guys).

The location is excellent: literally bordering Truro, you still have east access to the action on Commercial Street, with shops, galleries, restaurants and people-watching. Our favorite beaches are literally minutes away and if you've never experienced the Province Lands dunes, you will be knocked out by how spectacular they are.

Mark & George proved to be excellent hosts. They were both non-intrusive, yet easily accessible to answer any questions.

We highly recommend the condo.

We live in western Mass and bought a place in Ptown last year. We've been coming here for years .. the people, the food and outdoors are just fantastic and enjoyed our visits every time.
