This cozy, 2 story bay getaway welcomes you with modern coastal interior decoration, and plenty of natural light. On the first floor you’ll find a cozy living area, half bath, dining, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy meals al fresco on the large private patio with gas grill, dining and seating area. The patio is currently under renovation and will be ready by March 2022. Other outdoor amenities include 2 parking spaces, and shared outdoor shower.

Check out the newly renovated bathrooms with gorgeous pattern tiled floors, shower with bright white subway tiles and sliding glass doors. Find 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with a king and a queen sized bed to sleep up to 4 guests. Wake up to morning sun streaming through the multiple windows in the rooms. Enjoy your first cup of coffee on us with Keurig coffee maker with pods. French press brewer is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, baking, cooking and eating utensils, drinkware, dishwasher, microwave oven and range.

This property is less than 6 minute walk to Stop and Shop and from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street! Easily explore restaurants, shops, and bars, then come home to a relaxing setting. Stroll less than 5 minutes to grab brunch at Liz’s Cafe on Bradford St, then pop next door to Mussel Beach Health Club, rent a bike from Ptown Bikes or walk a block to Flyers Boat Rentals and experience Provincetown from the bay. Herring Cove Beach is 2 miles away (40 minute walk) or quick drive/ bike ride. No need to rent a car - the condo is an easy 40 minute walk from the Ferry via Commercial St.

All linens and towels including beach towels are provided. No need to bring your own. There is a stackable laundry in the unit if needed.

Sorry, the unit is not handicap accessible and no small children are allowed because of the stairs.

What is special about this property?
Top 5 reasons why we love this property:
#1. The proximity to everything. We can walk to the grocery store, our favorite restaurants, and Commercial St. We prefer to walk than drive especially during the busy months when there is a lot of traffic.
#2.The large exclusive and private outdoor patio. We cannot wait to see our patio transform into a beautiful functional outdoor space for soaking up the sun, afternoon happy hour and al fresco dining.
#3. The quiet location. The building only consists of 3 units and the unit is in the back of the building which is quieter and more private.
#4. The bright and sunny indoor space. The unit has a lot of windows to allow for natural light and fresh air.
#5. The cozy and comfortable home furnishings. We like our vacation home to be warm and inviting with just enough decor to make it ''homey'' yet uncluttered.
