A half-bath on the first level makes entertaining easy. On the second level you will find the large primary bedroom with its own private balcony, guest room and bathroom. The private roof deck has comfortable outdoor furniture which provides another space for sunset entertaining, sunbathing, or looking at the stars. Three A/C split units keep the home comfortable. Other amenities include in-unit laundry and parking for ONE car only. Linens provided.
