What's in a name? Everything!!!! Almost 10 Year ago we first rented Grand View for our Provincetown vacation experience, and we have returned at least a half dozen times since that first stay. This is the classic way to stay here. Not a new house but just right in it's pleasing cozy way, like a great pair of broken in jeans. Quiet and very private, Grand View is hands down one of the best in Ptown. Did I mention the view of the bay from the huge wrap-around porch? To die for! And your host Nannette is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

You won't regret it. Memories are made at Grand View. Go!

Enjoy the charm, comfort, magnificent views, and beach access. Walk to all activities, shops, and events downtown. Wonderful family memories year after year.

We have rented this property several times - "Majestic" is a great description of the property. Large, historic and sitting on a bluff with beautiful views of the bay and Ptown. Perfect for a large or extended family. The wrap around porch is great for large family gatherings/dinners as is the large dining room. Pro-tip: The Lobster Pot has 'take-out" lobsters that we enjoy every year on the porch! The property is quiet, but an easy 20 minute walk to the center of town. The hosts are really nice people that have always helped us out when needed. Great rental!

Grand View is wonderful for so many reasons, not least that you are the most gracious hosts on the Cape. We are already counting the minutes till next summer, and wish you great health and happiness in the meantime.

Once again our "family of friends" has been blessed with a wonderful 2 weeks together. Another week has come and gone and once again we are so grateful to have our time at Grand View. This home has come to mean summer to most of us and we are thrilled to return each year to the Locke home above the bay. Thanks for being such great summer hosts and adding this delightful time to our lives each year.

As first time visitors to Provincetown, I must say our stay at Grand View has been truly a wonderful experience. Having the bay just a stone's throw away is amazing. Watching the sun rise and set, listening to waves and feeling the cool air has been so relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

What a wonderful week this has been. Your home has provided a splendid setting in which our family has laughed and played and created many beautiful memories. It feels like coming home each summer as we approach Grand View. How blessed indeed we are to have found this jewel by the bay, What a great destination with two perfect hosts.
