We really enjoyed our time in this condo in the West End. The views of the Bay are breathtaking. An easy walk into town. We loved having our beach just a short walk from the condo.

Really cute, centrally located, 2 bedroom and bath condo with a fantastic view of the bay. Enjoyed breakfast on the sunny deck each morning and cocktails in the evening. Walk down the side steps and you're in the center of EVERYTHING -- fun shops, great restaurants and bars, the harbor, market, liquor store, etc. Love Provincetown: friendly, fun, and relaxing. Would rent here again.

Beautifully maintained condo in the West End. Spectacular bay views from the deck and living area. The deck is big enough for six to hang out comfortably. Two bathrooms! The unit is quiet, but step out the door and you are right in the hustle and bustle of P'town's Commercial Street with its shops and restaurants...and just steps from the bay beach. My wife and I are in our late 30's, my folks are in their 70's, yet we all felt very at home. The owner, Richard, was quick to answer any questions we had before our trip, but left us alone once we were settled in. This place is a dream! show more show less

This is a comfortable and well kept condo in the West End. The views of the water and Bay are spectacular. The light is amazing at all times of the day. The deck is very spacious. The unit has wonderful light and is open concept. The location is upbeatable.... you have the best of P-Town right at your door and at the same time a very large deck to enjoy the ever changing views. And completely private, w/no sense of the busyness nearby. Beach is steps away. The owner Richard is extremely responsive, helpful and pleasant.

Having rented all over Provincetown for the past 40 plus years, Richard's wonderful beachfront penthouse remains the standard by which all other rentals are judged. Its magnificent views, convenience to everything, charming decor, and well appointed kitchen make entertaining friends easy and enjoyable. (Not to mention that wonderful table that conveniently flips open to accommodate six for dinner!) The washer dryer is a MUST HAVE when traveling with limited wardrobe, and the convivial seating arrangements has made for many a merry evening of cocktails, before going out for cocktails, and coming home to after-hours ... cocktails. Mornings are a joy (despite the cocktails) when waking up to that view, which sort of envelopes the entire apartment. We've even spent rainy days just sitting there, transfixed by the bay and watching the weather rolling in from the horizon. Needless to say, the view from the deck of the Boatslip Pool can be MOST entertaining as well!
