Welcome to our home . We want to help you make special memories for you and your family. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation where you can bring your family and beloved pet, then look no more. Our well equipped home has everything you will need. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with it's easy 1st floor living, makes it easy to accommodate.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, large closet, and its own private bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with a trundle bed consisting of 2 twin beds, dresser and closet, and a full bath in the hallway. On the lower level you will find a bedroom with bunk beds, a bonus room with couches tv, games, and puzzles, and laundry room.

You will love the large eat-in kitchen with vaulted ceilings letting the sunshine warm up your morning. Step out to the porch to relax with your morning coffee to watch to birds in our very private, fully fenced-in backyard, and enjoy making s'mores in the fire pit under the stars.

The living room has a large sectional couch with a TV to relax on those summer days.

Our quiet neighborhood has deeded rights to a beautiful sparkling pond where you can take a swim, kayak, or sit on the private beach. There are swing sets, pickle ball courts , picnic tables and playing areas for the little ones. Just a minute drive or walk away (.8 mile).

Shopping is a short distance away...Stop and Shop, CVS, liquor store, Chinese, pizza, Dunkin, ice cream, movie theatre, gas, nail salon, and so much more.

The closest saltwater beaches would be Sandy Neck beach and East Sandwich beach, all just minutes away.
Easy access to the Sagamore bridge is just a 15 minute drive

    Highly recommended

    This house is the perfect place for vacation!!. It has 2 bedrooms and a great basement were you can enjoy watching movies. Big spaces, great kitchen and close to many good restaurants, Cape Cod mall and 13 minutes to nice beaches such us Craigsville and Sandy Neck. Also you can go to the beautiful Lawrence Pond at only five minutes.

    Pleasant Stay!

    We enjoyed our week in Sandwich, MA very much. Stacey's home was comfortable for our family four, and our little dog. The backyard was fully fenced in, so we did not have to worry about her getting loose. Stacey was responsive to any questions or needs that we had during our stay. Access to Lawrence Pond was included and was simply delightful. We also enjoyed going to the beach, bike riding, and visiting the nearby Heritage Gardens. We really appreciated the brand new outdoor shower, which great to use after a day at the beach! show more show less
