On a deck, we have a propane Weber BBQ grill, a large dining table with 8+ seating capability; a modern and comfortable sectional with a sun umbrella, and 2 people chaise for your enjoyment. We also have a large backyard with yard games, several professionally landscaped lake-facing terraces with Adirondack chairs for your relaxation and meditation, and a hammock.
Near the lake, we have a fire pit with additional Adirondack chairs and other seating. The lake has a staircase to access the private beach. The Triangle lake is fully recreational for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and sailing; very private and is one of the cleanest lakes on the Cape. We do provide 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and life vests and they are included in the rental.
North and south side ocean beaches are 10-15 minutes drive away; several golf courses are within a 5 min drive. Other nearby attractions include abundant restaurants, supermarket is 5 minutes away; mini-golf , plenty of shopping destinations and much more! With its convenient location, it is perfect for going deep water fishing, cruising, or visiting Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Boston and Providence are both 80 miles away.

* Bedroom 2: This room on the second floor has a king bed; could accommodate a rollaway bed. Sleeps max 3-4.
* Bedroom 3: This room on the second floor has a bunk twin over a full bed; sleeps max 2-3.
* Bedroom 4: This room on the second floor has a queen bed; sleeps max 2.
Bedrooms #2,#3, and #4 share a full bathroom with a tub and shower; additional hallway dressers.
* Bedroom 5: This room on the first floor is converted from an office and it has 1 full sofa; first-floor bathroom; sleeps max 2.
In addition to the beds, we also provide 2 rollaway beds, a Graco crib/ toddler bed, and a queen air mattress.

Please note that the fully equipped basement and in-law suite are not included in the rent. The owner and his wife will be occupying in law-suite occasionally. The in-law suite is very private and has its own entrance.
