Bike or walk endlessly in Town Neck's self-contained, family-friendly neighborhood, and enjoy views of the ocean and marsh. Easily jump back on route 6 to explore other Cape destinations.

This Cape style home is constantly being updated and features two decks with water views and spectacular ocean breezes. Kitchen and dining room are open and fully equipped. First floor living room leads into the sunroom and attached lower deck, which is also accessible from the kitchen. Lower deck is perfect for outdoor dining or visiting. First floor also has a queen guest room and has the best breeze! The downstairs bathroom has a tub.

Upstairs the master queen bedroom has AC, a sitting area and an attached private deck with views of Cape Cod Bay. Second floor also has a queen bedroom, and one with 2 twins. The upstairs bath has a shower stall. Max occupancy is 8.

The yard has an outdoor shower with changing area, a hobo fire pit, corn hole, beach buggy and chairs, and kayaks are also ready for adventure.

    Great Town Neck Location

    Enjoyed our stay in this well located and well equipped home in Town Neck, Sandwich. Good views of the ocean and surrounding neighborhood from upper balcony. Short walk to beach, Cape Cod Canal, and great seafood restaurants. This home is a great choice for a family with kids with the beach nearby and all the needed toys, including two kayaks, provided. The back yard and provided BBQ grill is ideal for a cook out. Also great for games, such as badminton, again this equipment as well as other games provided. Kristan is a great and very willing and responsive host to any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise. With their rental rates in the "very reasonable" category this home is a great choice for a vacation rental. show more show less

    Great vacation house!

    We had a fantastic vacation! The house was bright and light just what you imagine a beach house would be! Kristen was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood and close to everything. I could go for a morning run, afternoon bike ride and quiet evening walk and never have to leave the neighborhood! It's a very short walk to the beach, I love that and went every day!! The house is close to restaurants, grocery, ice cream stand and marina. What more do you need on vacation?! We will be back.
