Located just a short walk from Owen Little Beach and the Vineyard Haven Yacht Club, the house is around a ten-minute walk from the Vineyard Haven ferry and shops. The rest of the Island is accessible by public transport, bicycle or taxi which means guests may not need a car.

Bedroom 1: two twin beds at the front of the house, north side.
Bedroom 2: two twin beds at the front of the house, south side. Has a door to Bedroom 3 which can be opened to make this a family suite.
Bedroom 3: king size bed on the south side of the house. Has a door to Bedroom 2 which can be opened to make this a family suite.
Bedroom 4: full size bed on the north side of the house.
