This property is located on a private and very quiet road, in Mink Meadows golf course area. A perfect location for walking, running, biking and seclusion - yet only a few minutes from downtown Vineyard Haven.
You will have the beach key for the association beach - and access to some of the best fishing (and kitesurfing) on the island while renting this home. Association beach has a nice parking lot for your vehicle.

This is a perfect vacation getaway with all the summer activities nearby, and best of all, your own association beach to enjoy swimming, kayaking, clamming, or just enjoying the best sunset at the end of a fun filled day!

Pets are welcome in this property, after agreement.

    Hello, I discovered Martha's Vineyard in 2002 and it was love at first sight! I own a small business on the island and I am the mother of two beautiful children plus a best friend pet, my dog Antoine.
    I fell in love with this property immediately and I am glad to be able to offer to others to enjoy. It is truly magical.
    My family and I are dual citizens and we are all bilingual. Traveling is part of our life and I know how important it is to have a beautiful and clean home while on vacation.
    I have focused on the furniture at this home with most being redone by local painters and local shops supporting our local economy. Some pieces of furniture date back to the early 1900s and 1800s. All are in pristine condition.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is located in the exclusive Mink Meadows Golf Club Development. All properties in Mink Meadows are minimum 2 acre lots - thus providing a good deal of separation and privacy from all properties.
    The property is mostly wooded, on a well maintained dirt road, only a few minutes from the steamship authority, supermarkets and Vineyard Haven's Main Street shops. A walk down the driveway is like a nature walk...and only a very short distance to the golf club house.
    This home offers the best of both worlds - It's like being up island in a private setting yet still close to downtown.

    What is special about your town?
    Vineyard Haven is Martha's Vineyard's year round community and the port of year round ferry service. By our association beach, you will be able to watch the ferry boat come and go on Vineyard Sound. Cronig's, the island's premier grocery store, is located 8min driving distance.
    Vineyard Haven's Main Street offers many unique shopping opportunities including the world famous
    Black Dog Tavern - on the beach at 5 Corners in Vineyard Haven.
