    Nestled Gem

    If you're looking for a sign, stop what you're doing, you've reached your destination! This was a beautiful choice we made to stay here, the golf cart ride to the private pool and private beach made our days. My cousins and I each had our own rooms, bathrooms and space to come together outside on the large deck. This house is perfect for couples and small families.

    Fantastic place, all amenities, near Tashmoo

    Love this place! Has everything you need. We rented a week there this summer - we've been vacationing on the vineyard for twelve years and this is the only place we've ever rented more than once. This was our THIRD time there.

    This place is great for two small families, or a larger family as it has plenty of room, good sized bedrooms, an equal number of full bathrooms so each bedroom really has it's own (one is not an en suite).

    Nice common area with TV, great back deck with grill, outside shower to rinse after beach, kitchen with everything you need.

    The upstairs master BR is amazing, with huge king bed, nice walk in closet, lovely jacuzzi tub. The other upstairs bedroom has two twins great closet space and attached bath. The BR on main level has queen bed and bath is adjacent, with laundry right there as well.

    A unique feature of this house is the use of a golf cart to zip around the neighborhood or pop over to the nearby association pool (also fabulous - clean, plenty of beach chairs/tables, bathrooms, outside showers) or tennis & basketball courts. Can use this to head over to Tashmoo beach or to the private association beach (though there's no parking there). Fantastic sunsets at Tashmoo beach are included for free!

    Garage has lots of items to use for beach including chairs, cooler as well as tennis rackets and some bikes. Beach towels are there, plus extra dryer in the garage for beach towels.

    Easy bike ride into vineyard haven, super short drive to Cronigs if you prefer that to S & S. Really nothing missing from this place.

    Paul and Eileen are easy to work with and always helpful. Highly recommend this place.

    My biz partner Curt and I purchased this Town house in 2004 from his father.
    This unit was the model unit when the Tashmoo Wood first opened.
    We have been fortunate to have a special piece of the island.
    We originally listed with weneedavacation early on. Then listed with another platform. COVID affected many of our returning past clients and weneedavacation offered a less expensive alternative to our clients.

    What is special about this property?
    Our property offers possibly any amenity our travelers could think of.
    Beautiful, private secluded location yet close to Vineyard Haven Main st restaurants, shops and ferry.
    Golf cart, beach accessories, private large community pool. Tennis, grill, private deck, children's playground and of course access to Tashmoo's beaches. Don't forget Mink Meadows public golf course behind our home.
