The second floor includes a gorgeous open concept living room, dining and kitchen area with a outside deck dining space, a 1/2 bath and laundry. The third floor boasts 2 king bedrooms, one full bedroom, two full baths and a quiet study area. After a long day at the beach enjoy the peaceful hammock grill area or the secluded & peaceful spacious deck. There is also a large outdoor shower. This home includes all brand new home furnishings.

Rental dates are flexible with a two week minimum preferred.

    My wife and I are both licensed real estate agents and have been proudly handling our own rental properties on MV for over 15 years.

    We work hard to make sure your time here is stress free and as perfect (as possible - though we've yet to figure out how to control the weather;) - everything else, however we can take care of! We know our way around and can help get whatever it is you need to make your stay here everything you want it to be.

    We live here, raised a child here (he's in College now) and have become members of the community. And while we didn't wash up on the shores permanently until 2011, we've had that ''the island is my home'' feeling since 1982!
