Enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the dock while overlooking your private beach with 180 degree views. Take a kayak or canoe ride watching the sun set over the water. Charming three bedroom home on the west side of Lake Tashmoo with private beach and dock.
Winter 2023 renovations included the addition of one full bathroom and updates to the other two full bathrooms, new kitchen, new hardwood floors in king bedroom and kitchen, along with new laundry area.
Sleeps six - One king room, one queen room, one bedroom with two twin beds (which can be converted to king upon request). In addition to three full bathrooms, there is a new outdoor shower off the king bedroom.
This is strictly a pet free home. No vaping or smoking anywhere on the premises. No parties.

    Simply Wonderful!!

    Our family of 6 stayed in this Lake Tashmoo Cottage and simply had the most magical week. This place felt like heaven on earth!! Plenty of space, felt like home, beautiful water views, nestled away on what has become a very busy MV.
    We could tell that the owner and her family took great pride in renting this cottage. We worked with the owners sister Diane who couldn't have been kinder. All our needs were met and this home had everything we could need and more!!
    We would highly recommend this rental and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on Marthas Vineyard. We enjoyed this cottage and all it offers, can hardly wait to go back!! show more show less

    Great Summer Stay on MV!

    Beautiful MV lake house nestled in the woods of Vineyard Haven on Lake Tashmoo. Private sandy beach with a dock (Feels like you're standing in the middle of the lake at the end of the dock). House was very clean and had all the necessary items for the stay. The view from the dock is really impressive as well, however I am not sure if it is deep enough to park a serious boat there. Really liked the private beach, was great to bring my kids down to.

    Owner was responsive and good with communication. Always available for questions/comments. Check-in went smoothly, and the house was clean with no issues while we were staying there.
