The shuttle bus stop & the bike path are located around the corner from this home. You’ll love the newly designed sun filled Chef's kitchen with its eat -in center island. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six. The living room is great for entertaining with a deep seated comfortable sectional and chairs and the vaulted ceiling. On the first floor is a spacious primary ensuite king size bedroom. The 2nd floor has another large king bedroom and third bedroom with a canopy style queen bed. All mattresses are Marriott beds - a brand well known for comfort.The shared 2nd bath is sparkling new with a tiled full tub & shower. The fantastic outdoor living space, a patio with a remote controlled fire pit surrounded by adirondacks and a dining table for 6-8, and plenty of room for the kids to run around, play cornhole & all the outdoor games found at the house. The landscape has several incredible mature tall pines and endless summer blooms bursting with color. There's an outdoor shower and a pet tub too! The lower level has a small room with a washer/ dryer with a Peloton and treadmill for use. All this and a short skip & a hop to the beach, shops and restaurants . Much to be enjoyed from the quintessential vineyard farmhouse!
