The backyard is private with a deck, BBQ, patio and seating, surrounded by gardens & an above ground pool. The owners have thoughtfully placed lighting around the yard to add to the already relaxing ambience. The interior of the home has modern upgrades, comfortable furniture and is fully stocked with kitchen items, linens and beach gear. There is a large finished, additional space in the attic with an entertainment center and a King bed.

All Bedrooms are on the second floor of the home. Bedroom two and three have a shared full bathroom. There is a newly remodeled 1/2 bathroom located downstairs.
