This comfortable, top floor unit offers a commanding view of Vineyard Haven Harbor from the living room, master bedroom, dining area and deck. Relax on your deck reading, dining al fresco or just taking in the view as boats and ferries sail in & out of Vineyard Haven harbor.
Swim in the pool or go to one of the many island beaches. Owen Park Beach is approximately .5 miles from the condo. Stroll to Main Street, Vineyard Haven where you will find a variety of restaurants, ice cream parlors, a movie theater, stores and art galleries. You can also walk to VH ferry and MVTA bus service.

In addition to pool, other amenities on the property include: nice landscaping with beautiful flowering shrubs, chaise lounges, patio umbrellas, barbecue grills, bicycle racks, on site laundry and a designated parking space.

10th Vineyard Summer From Dallas

We highly recommend this Vineyard Haven property where our family of four spent the second week of our 10th visit to the Vineyard.

Owner Jennifer is very professional, and her unit with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, WiFi enabled workplace, and patio that overlooks the complex pool, is ideal for a Vineyard stay. We look forward to our 11th visit to the Vineyard and would strongly consider seeking this same facility.

We've stayed in fancy B&Bs, casual B&Bs, our friend's lovely home in VH, and various homes of various sizes (2 BR to 5 BRs) in Edgartown, West Tisbury and Vineyard Haven, and found this property and its incredibly convenient location with good inside amenities to be well worth the investment.

For those not familiar with the Vineyard, this location allows for insanely simple access to Main Street in Vineyard Haven. A trip to the grocery is but 5 minutes vs. times we have stayed as far away as 20 minutes away. A trip to the highest rated fish market, the Net Result, takes less than 5 minutes. Getting to Oak Bluffs and its hub of activity takes less than 10 minutes; less than 15 minutes to Edgartown when taking VH-EDG Road; and Island Alpaca is about 7 minutes up the road.

Reaching up island locations is a snap from this venue as well, and the roads surrounding the property are in very good shape. As fate would have it, our on-island friends have a daughter and son-in-law and grandkids who live 10 houses up Skiff Lane, and they have long discussed how convenient and safe the area is for them.

We enjoyed having a legit Vineyard Haven harbor view from our main seating area, and the second floor deck. Hearing the Steamship horn blow periodically added to the natural beauty of the island we fell in love with in 1997. The resident turkeys who roam the area also add a funky, quirky sound to the area.

All major amenities inside the property for kitchen use were found with ease. The AC, window units, freezer, fans, refrigerator, oven, stove, bathroom shower, toilet, lights, door locks all worked without failure. There is sufficient storage for clothes in both rooms. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable and the twin size beds worked well for our teen daughters who felt safe and comfortable.

The only knock would be the lack of full AC in the unit, requiring the overhead fans to be used during our stay on warmer days, and the kitchen AC unit tends to make the kitchen freezing at 72 degrees and the air doesn't reach the twin bed room easily unless the door is left open, which is not advised since the early morning summer light reaches into that room first. So, the best option is to turn on the overhead fan and dress appropriately for your personal preference.

The parking lot and its access is ideal and fully paved. The swimming pool safety and cleanliness are to be commended and among the best we've experienced having rented homes or condos with pools. It was rarely crowded and the venue is quite pleasant. We did not use the onsite washing room so have no comments there.

While the weather on our 10th trip was the best ever, this venue atop a week with our friends in WT and this property made for another spectacular trip to our favorite island (yes, even better than Kauai and St John USVI for sentimental reasons).

Lovely Place

My family and I rented this vacation home in the summer of 2015. It was beautifully decorated, very clean & spacious. It is located just a short walk to town. I would love to stay here again, hopefully this summer!

The best views

Jennifer's unit is immaculately clean, well equipped and has the best views of any at Causeway Harborview. We rented additional units for family the same week and this unit was by far the best! We also stayed at Causeway previously and once again, in comparison Jennifer's Vineyard home is the best. There is a great picnic table and cookout space at the bottom of one set of stairs (upper floor unit) under a big shady tree. The front stairs lead directly to the pool. I would highly recommend staying here. show more show less
