The home features a master bedroom with queen bed, fireplace, seating area, and ocean-view balcony. Second bedroom with queen bed and fireplace. Third bedroom with two twin beds and fourth and fifth bedrooms with one twin each. (Sleeps 8-10) The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and dishes/cookware. The attached dining room offers fantastic ocean views, a fireplace, and seating for up to ten. Additional amenities include a den for the kids, a full-size sofa bed, two additional fireplaces (five in all), updated bathrooms and laundry, outdoor grill, wireless internet, cable, a DVD player, and towels and linens.

This is a beautiful home and property and the location couldn't be better. We rented this home for a "girls week" to celebrate a 50th birthday party. The home is spacious, charming, beautifully maintained and eight of us stayed comfortably. The location is amazing...it's just steps to downtown Vineyard Haven and the views of the harbor are breathtaking. The rental agent Tim was great to work with. He was very responsive to all of our questions, and very helpful and patient as I worked through the details of getting such a large group together in one place at one time. The owners are lovely. They greeted us when we took possession of the house and showed us around the house and showed us how to work the heating/television/ appliances, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped and The views from virtually every bedroom are spectacular and the location couldn't be better. They left us their phone number and emails in case we had any difficulties or questions, and left us a list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see.
