I stay in the Cape every year for the 4th of July week and this year, my friends and I decided to rent a house together instead of being split up between hotels. We had 5 adults and 5 kids (all kids were 5 and under) . This house was the PERFECT fit! The big bathrooms, great layouts of the bedrooms, and location couldn't have been better. We used the grill and backyard bar area every night. Portia was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook dinners and entertain the kids. Definitely a house to rent for a large family or multiple families, this is not a "party house". We would LOVE to rent there again. show more show less

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 5 days. There were 4 of us - 2 senior couples (over 60's) who travel together a few times each year. As we get older, we find we are so much more comfortable in a home than a hotel. This home has comfort throughout! There was so much room for us to spread out and relax after a busy day on Cape Cod. The living room furniture was particularly comfortable for relaxing and watching tv.We started our days with a cooked breakfast and had plenty of room at the dining table.There was ample cookware and utensils for meal preparation. We were blessed with wonderful weather and got to enjoy the deck out back. The bathrooms look so new as does the kitchen. Everything we needed was there. The home was spotlessly clean upon our arrvial. As a bonus, the area was very quiet for sleeping at night.

The location can't be beat! We were able to walk to the harbor for a ferry ride to Martha's Vineyard for the day. We also walked to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. A daytrip as far as Provincetown was easy from here. We even took a trip to Boston for a day. Although we didn't have time to spend a day at the beach, we did check it out - also very close to the house.

Throughout the booking process, Jill was so helpful. She answered all my questions promptly and kept in touch. In addition, my security deposit was returned quickly after our stay.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod and this beautiful home made it so enjoyable. If we return to the area, we would definiteyl like to return to this home. show more show less

This was our first visit to Cape Cod. It was all we had hoped it would be. The house was darling and centrally located. We loved Kalmus Beach. The house was clean and charming. It had everything we needed. There were 8 of us and it was a comfortable fit. The yard was great and the "shed" was a hit. The owners were very great at communicating. We will definitely be returning next year.

This vacation property was perfect! The location was ideal, so close to everything, and the property was immaculate, recently updated and spacious. There were 7 of us and we had more than enough room. Just steps away from the harbor where we hopped on a ferry and took a day trip to Nantucket. Two beaches and Main Street were also steps away. We had a great vacation week with family and friends! The house was beautiful, bright and open, and offered all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the deck as well as the entertainment "shed". It was so easy to enjoy the beaches, hop on a ferry to the islands as well as walk into downtown. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to return next year.

We stayed in this vacation rental the week of July 4th and had a WONDERFUL experience. The house was so modern, open, and clean. There was plenty of room for our group of 3 families (6 adults + 7 young children). The location was perfect for us - steps away from the beach and also Main Street. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very pleasant to work with. The outside of the home is kept up beautifully. The men especially enjoyed the "man cave" in the backyard.
