As a party of four - we all enjoyed our stay at this property. It's very spacious accom for 4 persons & in a quiet residential area. The short walk to central Hyannis is easy & we did this walk daytime & evening & felt perfectly safe.
Excellent communications with the owner, before and during the stay & all amenities explained in full.
Hyannis centrally positioned is a good place to stay on Cape Cod, especially if you want to visit both ends…

We stayed here for a week in August 2022 and loved it! The house is updated and had everything we needed for an easy stay. The mini splits kept the house cool, and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. The play room in the basement was a favorite of our two little kids who loved playing with the games and art supplies. The outside space was great and fully fenced in which was perfect for our kids to run around. Vacationing with two little kids can be tiring, but this house made it so much easier for us. The TV with lots of app options was great for winding down after a long day. We also loved the location and the landlord beach pass - we were able to check out 3 different beaches during our stay. We can't recommend this house enough - my daughter said it was her favorite vacation house ever! Bill was super responsive too - such a great renting experience.

Home was spotless and the owners have just about everything you could need!!! Quiet street with a short walk (shorter than expected) to main street Hyannis! Awesome VERY relaxing vacation!!!!

This home was perfect for our family of 5! The home was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable!! The backyard was private and a good size for playing corn hole, bocci or just relaxing on their deck. They supply many yard games so it was nice not having to pack them ourselves!

We loved the location since it is centrally located with an easy drive to Chatham or to Falmouth. And the Hyannis/Yarmouth area has so many activities and great restaurants!

This rental was the perfect fit for our family of 5 and our dog. We were 100% satisfied. The house was clean, well maintained, pretty, and comfortable. It is in a great location too! We walked to Main Street several times taking the quick short cut. We used the beach pass and visited many different area beaches without any extra cost.

We enjoyed our nights on the deck with the festive lighting, often grilling and letting our dog play in the fenced in yard. The fans and ac units kept the house cool. Our family enjoyed cooking many meals in the house and the kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My oldest daughter worked remotely from the office space down in the basement which was comfortable, clean, and spacious. I especially loved the outdoor shower and the house's beach theme. William and Patricia were such sweet people who checked in on us and made sure our stay was going well. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a stay in the Hyannis downtown area. Hoping to return. Five Stars!

This could not have been a better place to stay during our Cape Cod vacation. The home has everything you could need and a location close to everything. The downtown drag is only a 10 minute walk away. Thanks to the beach pass we were able to explore several beaches at no additional cost and none were more than a 15 minute drive away.

The home is also an excellent option if you have kids. Out toddler loved the backyard and the finished basement provided space for his toys. Besides a great location, it was the small things that really made this a great place. We were able to grill in backyard, unwind under the porch covering, and wash off sand in the outdoor shower. This will be our go to Hyannis option in the future.

Very spacious and beautiful, family-friendly, three bedroom home. It came with everything necessary for a long term stay! I was in town as a travel nurse and Bill and Patty both were very understanding and worked with my budget. They also were pet friendly which is a BIG plus for me considering our dogs are our four legged children. My kids also came for winter break and enjoyed the privacy and set up of the basement. There are board games, paper, crayons books and kid friendly things. Washer and dryer worked great. Oven was an air fryer and had a flat non stick portion to cook eggs or pancakes. Back yard was really big so dogs enjoyed. And me and my boyfriend love watching movies. And guess what? There's a nice sound system in the living room. We were sad leaving before watching the new Batman there lol. It was just a great over all stay with very sweet and accommodating hosts. 7 minutes away from the hospital too, big plus for a night shift nurse!

Beautiful updated home with all the amenities. Close to everything if it's downtown, beaches, or need groceries and other supplies. Many things already there for renters in regards to the kitchen. Even small play area for kids with toys and games.

The home was just perfect and exactly as pictured and described! It is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops and centrally located to many area beaches.

Bill & Pat are lovely hosts - very helpful, fast communication and super accommodating. The back bedrooms did get a bit hot with the only AC unit located in the dining area, but the fans helped, and it didn't take away from our experience. We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay in this Hyannis rental. It is in an excellent location as a base to explore the mid cape beaches, salt marshes, kayaking, sailing, fishing, whale watching, the Hyannis harbor and day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. My teens enjoyed the ability to walk to Hyannis Main Street for shopping. My mother, who is a senior with mobility challenges, was easily able to access and enjoy the whole house. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in backyard.

This property is exceptionally well cared for and clean. It is full of well thought out conveniences by the owners that help make for an easy stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful week at this home. The property is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood and provided us with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed having breakfast on the deck every morning and using the grill.

The house is conveniently located close to downtown Hyannis and was super clean throughout. We walked to main street for dinner a couple nights and walked to Keyes Beach. We took a day trip to Nantucket and the walk to the Nantucket Ferry was about 25 minutes (there is a cut through in the neighborhood that saves you about 10 minutes!!!). We loved having the outdoor shower for after our beach trips.

The owners were very nice and responsive answering all of our questions. Overall we were very impressed. The bed was super comfy, the A/C was amazing, beaches were close, and Hyannis Main Street is a short walk away. We'll definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable and cozy, truly feels like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked/equipped, the gas range with the griddle was amazing to cook on! The beds were very comfortable too! The fenced in backyard was a plus for our dog to have her space, along with a nice BBQ grill and seating to enjoy the outside. The working space downstairs was a nice plus, for taking calls or getting some work done.

Walkable distance or quick bike ride to the beach. Easy walk to downtown and the strip of restaurants and shops to visit, plenty of options. Would stay here again to explore the area more.
