This restored and renovated cottage is only a 10-minute walk from the neighborhood's private association beach. You are just a short drive to the many alluring restaurants and shops of Main Street, Hyannis. Don't forget to make plans to enjoy summer stock theatre at the acclaimed Melody Tent.
This cottage overlooks the Hyannis Port Golf Club and comes with its own putting green! The pleasant outdoor living space is highlighted by not one, but two large porches, one that is screened in. There's also an outdoor dining table, enclosed outdoor shower, wood burning firepit, and a gas as well as a charcoal grill. The kids will make good use of the swing set located in the back yard.<br>Inside, the cottage makes a stunning impression with its striking bleached knotty pine walls and exposed beam ceilings. The kitchen has been tastefully updated with granite and topline appliances, including a gas oven and range. Choose between a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip style. There's an adjacent dining table with seating for eight plus padded counter stools for six more.<br>The main level also presents the cozy living room, which walks out through French doors to a den with a TV. There's one bedroom on the main level. It has a queen bed. One of the two full baths is also on the main level.<br>The upper level offers most of the sleeping accommodations with four bedrooms, all with cheery skylights. There's one with a king size bed plus a single twin. Another has a king and a crib. The third & fourth bedrooms upstairs have a pair of twins beds in each. The second full bath is on this level. <br>The cottage is cooled by a central ac system.
