We welcome you to our tastefully renovated home with all the charm and amenities that is all “Vineyard.” With all new appliances and furniture and bamboo floors, the house has a family-friendly open floor plan. With four bedrooms, all with brand-new matresses, the house comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 4 children, ideal for 2 families vacationing together. New plantings and large front deck and smaller private deck for quiet time helps to link the indoors with the outdoors.
We’re conveniently located on a sweet, tree-lined neighborhood, 2 blocks from Main St. and all that the village has to offer- antique shops, eclectic boutiques, movie theater, great restaurants etc. And if people-watching is your thing, you’ll get your share here. Or if you prefer to ‘chill’ on a bench with a latte watching the boats or browse the local bookstore, it’s all here for you! You can even ditch the car keys for the week and go carless once you've unloaded, since everything you might need is within walking or biking distance. And for folks who are into ‘green energy,’ you’ll be happy to know that you can enjoy an outdoor shower using solar heated water. Ooh, that feels good! We are wi-fi equipped and have a widescreen TV.

We also offer the free use of 2 new kayaks from which to explore the quiet water-world of the many inland ponds, adding to your vineyard experience. Since the owners live next door, you’ll have the reassurance of friendly, service which you’ll find helpful if you’re new to the island. This was truly a wonderful Destination Birthday celebration!! Not only was the house perfect for my 7 friends & family (and me)! The owner lived behind us and on the property. The home was clean, well equipped, and conveniently located to town, ferry, bus line, theater, restaurants, and beach (all in walking distance!). The house looked just like the pictures! I feel I've found a new vacation home! I will definitely return and would stay on this property!

Great location. We loved being able to walk to town. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Mom and Dad had their own bedroom suite with a private bath. They liked that!
