The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and provides the perfect getaway for friends or family.

Open galley kitchen. Recently renovated with a deep sink for your shellfish cooking.

Great spaces to gather with friends or family-- large bright comfortable living room / dining room combo.

Cozy den for watching movies that doubles as a spare work space.

Upstairs has a full bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks and 3 bedrooms (1) one king-size bed (2) 2 queen beds with television (3) two double beds.

One very large bedroom has excellent light and a work area desk for anyone who telecommutes.
Beautiful large private patio for bbqs, gatherings around the gas fire pit. Private outdoor shower.

This is a multi-family home with 3 separate apartments. Each rental has separate private yard space and entrances. Lower apartments share no space with upper apartments. They have their individual yards, parking entrances. If You are looking for an additional efficiency then inquire to see if Apartment A is open and it can be rented for an additional $1,000 a week.     This property is fantastic

    I loved this week-long rental so much last year, that I'm renting it for two weeks this summer. Spacious, clean, everything fresh and new. Central-air and a great outdoor shower are awesome for summer. Wonderful yard, location (walk to beach, town, and port) and most of all - superb host. A 10/10.

    We had a fantastic time at this property. Superb location for exploring the Cape - our first time in the area. The house had fantastic amenities: spacious, great outside area, comfortable beds, immaculately clean, and a short walk to the beach.
    Would definitely use again if we are in the area.

    I am unique as a property manager because this is a very personal property to me an I take care of it with great love. I have been in education for my working career and have taught at the university and in public high school. The Cape has so much to offer and I work hard to make my guests feel welcome and to introduce them to the beauty of the area.


    What is special about this property?
    This property provides wonderful access to the ocean, beaches, town and activities on the Cape. It is in a quiet neighborhood where you can relax and have peace and quiet. I work diligently on the gardens so that you can enjoy nature and all that it shares with us.

    What is special about your town?
    You can park a the house and walk to the ferry and visit Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard for the day. Kalmus an Keyes beaches are both in walking distance. You can walk to restaurants and downtown shopping and avoid the Cape Cod traffic while you are here.
