Located on Ocean Street between Kalmus and Veterans Beaches, our large home comfortably sleeps up to 12 in 4+ Bedrooms. Over 2,200 square feet make it great for family reunions. Two BR on first floor. Two private suites on second floor each with their own QBR, Living Room and Bath. This arrangement is perfect for family privacy. Common living room on first floor. Attractively furnished with amenities including beach pass,DVD. WiFi (May-Sep) Three living rooms with cable TV in each (futons in two upstairs living room suites). Two popular game rooms featuring pool table, air hockey and foosball. Nice stone patio with seating and picnic table/grill. Off street parking for four automobiles. For children the house is a quick, easy walk to either beach (1/10 mile to Veteran's Beach or 2/10 mile to Kalmus Beach) with snack bar and facilities.

Quick, easy walk to two beaches with snack bars and facilities: Veterans Beach located next to Hyannis Yacht Club, Kennedy Memorial, Korean Memorial; Kalmus Beach located on both the Bay and Sound and is great for swimming and renown for windsurfing. The harbor is less than a mile and you'll find is bustling with activity. Fishing boats, charter boats, ferry to islands, tour boats. Free entertainment; artisan cottages and a visitor's center, and restaurants. Continue on the 'Walkway to the Sea' one block to downtown. You will find numerous restaurants, shops and Kennedy Museum. A good way to spend the day. Less than 5 miles to golf at Hyannis Country Club. Close to Hyannisport. Hyannis has it all...shopping, golf, miniature golf, theaters, and airport. Considered the 'hub' of the Cape, Hyannis is convenient to other sites on the Cape.
No smoking, no pets. Game Room is not heated and may be closed from Oct thru April.
