As you enter the tastefully decorated home, to your left is a dining room with seating for 8. To your right is a family room with comfortable seating and a TV with DVD. The newly tiled kitchen is well equipped and has a small cafe table. The master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The bedrooms upstairs consist of a queen bed in one and the other has two single twin beds (can be pushed together for a king), a set of bunk beds with a pull out trundle. This room also has a TV with DVD and a PS1 (playstation) to keep the kids occupied. All the bedrooms have oscillating fans, new mattresses, pillows and quilts. All the rooms have been freshly painted. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub. The upstairs bathroom has a new stand-up shower. Both bathrooms have new tile.
Outside is a deck with comfortable furniture, a table with umbrella -great for eating meals outside, a fenced in back yard with a volleyball set (we do not keep this up, it is stored in the shed) and most important a new outdoor shower for that true Cape Cod feel after a day at the beach. Very private, well shaded front and back yard.
