There are two queen-sized master bedrooms! One of them has an attached room with crib, twin sleep-sofa and TV, ideal for the couple who wants privacy, but also the security of keeping very little ones close by. The other master is huge with TV. Both are on the second floor, with a brand new luxurious bathroom with oversized shower. The first floor features a clean well-stocked kitchen, inviting living room with music, sunny diningroom, a fun-filled sunporch with TV and games and two more bedrooms, one with two twins and another with a bunk bed that sleeps two. Rinse the beach sand in the roomy outdoor shower with dressing space. The aroma of steaks and seafood sizzling on the grill fills the air. There's lots of space and seating in the yard for a game of catch.

The shell driveway reminds you that you are very close to the ocean! Everything about this location is a winner. Hyannis is the old Cape with modern conveniences wrapped into one. The home on it's quiet dead-end street is less than one mile to all restaurants, shops, museums, ferries and conveniences. Sea Street beach has the rare benefit of a boat traffic view in the distance, so bring your binoculars! There's a snack shed at the beach, or stroll back to the house for lunch. As you set up on the sand, wave to the Kennedy's who live in the compound just west of the neighborhood. Want to show the children an active harbor? The ferries and tour craft provide hours of entertaining viewing nearby with casual seaside dining to cap your day.
