Located on Snow Creek with 40 feet of glass overlooking a salt water estuary supporting swans, heron, and many species of ducks and other birds. The house is within walking distance of Kalmus, Keyes, Sea St. beaches, and the harbor, and a short drive to Main St. restaurants. The house is located up a tree-lined private drive. The living room is 26' by 24', the large adjoining dining room also overlooks the water, the kitchen is galley style with pass through to dining room. There is a master bedroom with bath, another bedroom, and bath on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor with a large loft overlooking the living room. A deck with grill also overlooks the water. There is high speed cable for internet access, DVD, VCR, and digital cable with a 36'' TV.

Ride bikes throughout the south Hyannis/Hyannisport area of town on quiet village side streets with little traffic. Hyannis Main Street is close, with an abundance of interesting shops and restaurants. Located there is the John F. Kennedy Museum, which explores JFK’s Cape years (1934-1963). Hyannis village offers a street party every Thursday through the summer with live music & entertainment.
Hyannis Harbor is a walk away and offers fishing and sailing charters, as well as ferries to the islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard , a children's pirate cruise, and a boat museum. Enjoy a sunset cruise from the harbor, or try the Cape Cod Railroad which offers scenic train rides with dinner, round trip to the Cape Cod Canal.
Another attraction is the Cape Cod Melody Tent, which features stars such as Tony Bennett, Aretha Franklin, and Julio Iglesias. In August, the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra performs an outdoor concert on the Village Green. Hyannis Port is the site of the Kennedy Compound, the summer home of the Kennedys.
Hyannis Shopping Mall is a close drive with its stadium seating movie theater. Discover Cape Cod. You'll find boating, golf, tennis, fishing, hiking, wildlife and biking throughout the cape. Zooquarium is in nearby Yarmouth.
