Very clean, located close to everything. Walk to the beach. Walk or ride a bike to town shops and restaurants. Small but has everything you need.

Just as advertised!

This is a hidden gem! Just a quick walk to the beach and handy to shopping and dining. This cottage is very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet...perfect for a relaxing stay.

Maria's place has everything you'll need… and most importantly it's only steps from the beach and a short walk to Main St. The yard is completely fenced so if you bring your dog (like we did) your fur pal will love the freedom. Maria was very quick to respond to any communication and provided plenty of information about her home and the area.

My wife and I stayed at the property for a week. We really enjoyed the location of the property, which was very close to the beach as well as the downtown area. FYI, we loved the Sea Street Cafe for breakfast, which is right up the street. The house itself was very clean and although modestly sized, the space is very well utilized. The property had everything we needed for our vacation including A/C, which being by the beach is very nice to cut the humidity. It always felt great when coming back from the beach or a walk and slept great each night. By the end of the week it was beginning to feel like home. We would recommend this property.

Perfect Cozy Nest!
This was the perfect little nest situated in the perfect spot for seeing all of the Cape. Even though it was small (which is what I wanted), it was bright, light, and very open feeling. Super clean. We also loved the little enclosed courtyard which was the perfect shady spot to have a glass of wine and sort our shells. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot on Cape Cod

I loved my stay here. The house was perfect for 1 or 2 people and perfectly described on the VRBO site. The house is adorable, well supplied, and a perfect location, quiet, private, and within walking distance to the beach. Convenient to all of the Cape has to offer. Thank you for use of your place. I totally enjoyed my visit.

Cute cozy cottage

Our family of 4 enjoyed this cute space for a few days. Close walk to one beach, short drive to several others and incredible proximity to downtown action! Appreciated the ability to bring pets, our dog enjoyed the fenced in outdoor space!

Great cottage within minutes of the beach

The cottage was clean and well equipped with the essentials. The kitchen is small, and would not recommend if you like to cook large meals, but it was great for my purposes. The host does provide access to a grill, which we enjoyed. The check-in process was seamless. Overall a great cottage in a great location.

Sweet Little Cottage

Rented the cottage to work for a few days on the Cape before vacation. Had what we needed. Was enjoyable. Close to the beach too.
