Private location near center for convenience & great outdoor

Our family recently stayed for a week in August at Cool Coop on the Cape and really enjoyed ourselves! The home was very clean upon arrival and pretty well stocked with what you would need. The home is very comfortable and the description of the home is very accurate. Our family of five had plenty of space to relax and be together, and when some of us needed to work (sadly a few of us were working remotely) there was plenty of space for privacy. The most wonderful thing about the house was the large backyard. The grill was great and we ate outdoors every evening. There was so much room to enjoy all our outdoor meals. Wonderful outdoor patio table and chairs.

We loved exploring the Hyannis/Centerville area and visited the fantastic local beaches. It is truly convenient for local shopping and exploring. The Landlord Beach Pass is definitely worth the expense. Having free parking made it so much more convenient to explore many of the local beaches.

We stayed at this lovely home for a week in August.
The home comfortably slept 9 of us and we have 2 dogs. The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, and local beaches.
The backyard is private, fenced, and a little hidden gem with outdoor lighting and space for entertaining.
The homeowners were responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

We rented this property for our family get-together late last summer. There were four adults and three children. The house was neat, clean, spacious and well stocked with the basic necessities that you rarely get in a vacation rental. The house has a very rustic feel with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams as well as beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The home also has AC as well but we did not get a chance to use it.

The huge backyard made the trip so much more family friendly, and we gathered there multiple times throughout the stay. The house has a gas grill and seating area outside and a huge fire pit which we enjoy a lot after a lot at night. The location was perfect, isolated in a quite street but still very close to the mall and Target (5 min drive) and all nearby beaches. The basement also provides entertainments for both adults and kids in case of a rainy day.

Our family had the opportunity to visit Cape Cod for a weekend in Summer 2021 and stayed in this amazing property. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. It has a very spacious and gorgeous backyard with gardens all around. You can bbq and have a small gathering outside to enjoy the cool summer breeze.

It's located very close (5 min) to nearby shops/restaurants, but yet situated in a private corner lot so only local residential traffic. It's about 15 minutes to the nearby beaches and main shopping district. It's convenient and easily accessible.

In addition, the host is super friendly and helpful. We will absolutely go back to this sweet home and start building our family memories year after year. show more show less
