Come stay in this beautifully renovated (Feb. 2022) 3 BR, 1.5 Bath ranch style home with finished basement, an open concept, central AC, and subtle coastal decor. Summer School is situated in a quiet neighborhood of well kept homes and is about 1.3 miles to Covell's and Craigville Beach (closest beaches).
BR 1 has a King and half-bath, BR 2 has a full with a twin trundle, and BR 3 has a Queen. The finished basement has a brand new Queen sleeper sofa (2022), twin roll-away bed, and is a great extra lounge space with games, puzzles, and 50'' Smart TV w/ Fubo TV. The bright and welcoming living room has a bookcase stocked for your reading pleasure, and a 55'' Smart TV also w/ Fubo TV. The LR is open to the dining room/kitchen (seating for 6), and has a slider to the brand-new patio, also w/ seating for 6. We have a huge, fully fenced-in, flat backyard perfect for cornhole, Spikeball (both provided!), and fire pit for summer and fall nights. We also have an outdoor shower.
For your convenience, the house has everything you need: central AC, a full-house generator in case of a storm, great Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, grill, beach chairs, coolers, and umbrella, and a fully stocked kitchen w/ brand-new appliances (and, yes, we have a lobster pot!).
Summer School is centrally located to pretty much everything, including Main St (about a 5 minute drive) which is your local small business destination for restaurants and shops in Hyannis. The ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are also a 5 minute drive away, and there is a path to get down to them from Main St. Within walking distance from the house are a Star Market grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, Cape Fish and Lobster Market (excellent for fresh seafood!), Barnstable Bottle Shoppe liquor store, The Daily Paper (breakfast and lunch), B & B Pizza, Barnstable Brewing Company, Par-Tee Freeze ice cream and mini-golf, a Walgreens, and more! The Cape Cod Melody tent is about a 3 minute drive away. Routes 28 and 132 are about 5 minutes away. The Cape Cod Mall (has everything!) is on 28, and 132 contains many big-name shops and some chain restaurants. Hyannis has everything you'd ever need, so if you forgot something at home you won't be stuck. There is also an elementary school right around the corner that has a great playground and you can shoot some hoops there, as well.
Bonus: Summer School comes with a beach parking pass so that you can enjoy all bodies of water in Barnstable County- about 15 beaches!
