Liked the location of this house - Close to good beaches and very easy to get into town for restaurants and activities.Owner was very helpful with information and the house is really comfortable and easy to relax in. Kids loved the Bonus Room and the fenced yards to play in and it was really easy for us to watch over them while we barbecued and dined at the big outdoor dining patio area. Best house we have stayed in at Cape and plan to return every year.

This was a great home for our family to gather in -- all 3 generations. Perfect place for families with younger and older children. Fenced in yards were great. All of the bedrooms were spacious for our needs and we were comfortable even with 7 people in the house. The downstairs game room was great for the kids. The surrounding area was beautiful too --we liked trolling the streets and our older kids liked riding their bikes around the historic estates and beaches in the area. The town was super nearby too and we stopped in lots of the shops and the ice cream store and arcade. Did a day trip to Nantucket too which was super convenient from this house and I would recommend. Its a great place to take the kids for some beach fun and to teach them a bit about history and for parents to still stay entertained with all the restaurants, shops, live music and festivals in the area. show more show less

Our family does a group vacation together once a year and its hard to find a house with this many bedrooms and a great location to go out and do everything our family likes to do on the Cape - so this house was a great find. We have been coming here several summers now. It is just so nicely decorated too -- we love all the fun beach things throughout the house. And the beaches that we walk to from this house are great for swimming & relaxing & soft sand & taking walks on. Its a really nice place for our Cape Cod vacation. show more show less

We loved this house and its location so much last summer that we returned this summer. It is perfect for our family and we share it with our best friend's family when we go. There are sets of bedrooms on each of the two floors so each of our families takes one floor for sleeping in and then we just have fun together sharing the rest of the house. The kids love the Bonus Room with their own space to be silly, play games and watch kid movies -- and they also loved the big yards out front and out back to run around in and play tag. And we really like being able to keep our eyes on them easily from inside the house or outside on the patio. Love the big patio table outside and really liked the location of this house. Super close to activities like the restaurants & shops but also super close to GOOD family swimming beaches but still in a nice part of town, which we have realized is also important. Owners are really nice too and you can tell they care about the house and vacationers a lot. show more show less

We found this house after a long search up and down the Cape looking for just the right combination of easy access to entertainment (besides the beaches), good number of bedrooms for extended family, walkable location to NICE beaches (not just a ''private sandbar/mud flat'') where we could easily swim with children and build sandcastles and have family barbecues and have great views plus be in a nice neighborhood. We found it all in this cute 5 bedroom cozy and charming Cape and our family has loved it ever since. Our children -- and the rest of our family -- are growing up here and enjoying the house and its location every year.

What is special about this property?
It's rare to find 5 bedrooms so its nice for everyone to have their own bedroom to sleep in. And it's nice that there are bedrooms and a bathroom on two floors so its easier to share when there is extended family. Everyone is not all off the same hallway so there is some added privacy. And the nice thing about the common spaces is the adults can watch their movies or chat in the Living Room while the youth have their own space in the Bonus Room to play games, spread out toys, watch their shows, etc. Everyone is happy. Plus rare to find fenced yards -- so helpful at keeping children close, keeping stray pets out and increasing privacy! AND great for playing games on grassy lawns, having a barbecue and more!

What is special about your town?
This is the central spot if you want to have access to MULTIPLE nice beaches (each one with its own character) plus entertainment (cute downtown Main Street filled with cute shops, restaurants, game arcade & more) plus waterfront with tour boats, pirate and fishing boats and more. Plus this is the ONLY place on the Cape where you can take a ferry to either island (Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard) for a daytrip. Cape Cod baseball is here as well and the most museums and fun kid arcades, mini golf and more. Most options for fun! Plus where our house is located is a better section of town than some others closer to Main Street -- Hyannis Port is known for the Kennedy's, well-to-do and celebrity visitations!
