The house and grounds are clean and beautiful. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly. I would highly recommend this rental to anybody. We were able to rent the house last minute and save our group vacation.

Just a fabulous property to take advantage of. Very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful view of Hyannisport Golf Course. Close to water, just a short walk to private beach and centrally located between Craigville Beach and Hyannis. Our Grand kids loved staying here. With the COVID -19 pandemic all around us, this was a beautiful rental property to have fun outside with the kids spending time around the fire pit roasting marshmallows at night. We give this property an "A" rating.

The owners of this property have managed to obtain the perfect blend of modern upgrades with everything you need in a sparkling clean home, while maintaining that 'Cape Cod' charm that is hard to describe but obvious when you see it. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the beautiful covered porch with a coffee every morning, strolling to the beach at sunset and being close (but not too close) to the fun shops and restaurants in downtown Hyannis, as well as Craigville Beach. The owners are very accessible but also not intrusive in any way. We felt the property was incredibly safe, clean and sanitized during these 'Covid' days. What a beautiful week in a lovely cottage, thank you all very much for your generous hospitality. The front and back full-length porches are just delightful with lots of room so you can find a place to sit quietly and reflect or gather with many and enjoy. We enjoyed them so very much, we did not really want to leave! We even had a morning dove nest with babies born on the rear porch the week we were there; this was so special to listen and watch them.

With three generations no one felt crowded as there are so many nice areas to just be. The rear porch overlooks the golf course and grandpa loved to watch the players and view of the ocean, there is even a putting green if you want. The youngers loved the fire pit at night. A large screen porch with plenty of seating and patio with grill are off to the side near the outdoor shower. There is a nice private beach a few streets over and Covell and Craigville are also very close. We found this location on the Cape to be nice and close to anywhere we wanted to go.

Two great ice cream stands are nearby, and we brought our kayaks and kayaked in the bay from the private beach and spent a full day on Waquoit bay too. The kitchen is well equipped, and the outdoor shower is large and wonderful after a day in the sand. The home has lots of windows to open but has central air if needed as well. There is one queen bedroom on the first floor, a king at the top of the stairs and then three more bedrooms, two with 2 twins and one with a twin and a double. Ample closets in all with pretty details. We fell in love with the cottage and all the lovely built ins and the woodwork is just gorgeous.

The owners are wonderful hosts and are nearby if needed, but never intrusive. Thank you again and please extend our thanks to the gal who made the wonderful dessert our first evening, Everyone enjoyed it. We hope to return in the fall. show more show less

What a fantastic house! My family has been vacationing on the Cape for decades and have popped around from house to house in the Hyannis area. They've all been great, but none of them can hold a candle to this house. The views of the bay and golf course, the gorgeous landscaping, fire pit, and endless porches outside make relaxing here a no brainer. Inside you'll fine acres of beautifully finished wood working from the ceiling to the floors. The owners live nearby and are very attentive and easy going. We just returned from a week at this terrific location. The cottage is lovely and met our extended family needs. It is in a central location close to town and beaches. Private beach area is great if you like to kayak or are adventurous enough to cross the water to the oceanfront beach. The view of the golf course from the back porch was very enjoyable. Lots of outdoor seating to take in the summer weather. We would definitely return to this place.
