The second floor has three beautiful bedrooms including a master bedroom with a walk in closet- private bath and private deck and Tempurpedic mattress with controls to move the bed up and down. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are downstairs, one with its own fireplace.
This home is a GREAT rental any week of the year because of its character, location and design. Great home for family fun in the summer and tremendous for the fall and spring golfing group of adults with or without children. Dozens of fabulous courses within minutes.

Very quiet neighborhood. As an additional note, it is very important for renters to understand the home is non-smoking and no pets. Family allergies prevent us from anything different.
