Wendy's house was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and pet friendly. 10 minute walk to the beach which is great when you have two labrador retrievers who like to swim multiple times a day! It had everything we needed. Wendy was a great communicator and got back to me right away with any questions etc. Very convenient spot for getting to Main Street in Hyannis with all its shops and restaurants, we didn't even need to use the car most of the time. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed the first week of September this year. House was located close to many restaurants and downtown. Short drive to Craigville Beach. The house was well appointed and very clean on arrival. Appreciated that it had a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this house if you're looking to stay in Hyannis!

We had the pleasure of staying in this quaint little home last August 2022. It is in a great location and literally a 5 minute drive to Main Street Hyannis. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants and less than 10 minutes from Keyes beach. This home was just perfect for us and offered everything that we needed. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The owner is excellent to deal with and very responsive which is a priority for me. They keep their place updated with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation including a Barnstable beach pass good at a variety of local beaches.

The house is very clean, and the rooms are freshly painted and have nice furnishings. We loved using the enclosed outside shower after returning from Keyes beach, which is only a short walk down Sea Street. The back yard is private and we enjoyed the patio with solar umbrella and there are nice plantings throughout the yard.

There is also a deck with an easy to use gas grill. We have been staying in this Hyannis neighborhood for over 20 years because we love being so close to the beach, Main Street, Kennedy Compound, Four Seas Ice Cream, and Hyannis Harbor. A great place for walks and short bike rides before or after the beach.

We definitely plan to return to this very nice Cape house and you will not be disappointed if you stay here for a Cape Cod family vacation! show more show less

This home was perfect for our family vacation! The location is perfect as it is a short walk to Main Street as well as Keyes beach. Craigsville beach is only a short drive away and Wendy graciously provides a beach pass for all Barnstable beaches. Very quiet neighborhood with a convenience store down the street (two minute walk). The back yard was great if you have dogs or kids and Wendy provides numerous yard games, beach toys and chairs if you need anything. The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs and every room was very comfortable and clean. Wendy was so great to work with and payments were easy through Venmo. If you're looking for a great place to stay on the Cape, this hidden treasure is the place to be. This home is very welcoming to all. Families can walk to the beach and downtown or just hang out in the yard. This house offers it all, equipped for both indoors and outdoor fun.

This was our second stay at this prefect home, and we enjoyed it even more. We found a book of local attractions and explored the town and still haven't seen everything. We are looking forward to our next visit at this hidden treasure.. show more show less

I highly recommend this home. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable (the two most important things in my opinion). It’s in a great location and there are so many really good restaurants and beaches very close by. We drove everywhere and never had a problem getting parking. The beach pass was very handy. Saved us $20 a day at Kalmus Beach which was our favorite. Wendy was super nice to deal with. Thank you, Wendy, for allowing my family to use your wonderful home!

Excellent home and location. Wendy was super helpful throughout the week, she was always on call to answer any questions we might have had. Her home was clean, well organized and had all the right touches. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful charming town.

The cottage was very clean and well located;close to beach and main attractions. I was impressed with how it was well organized (i.e. book with info on attractions and nearby beaches, cupboards labelled; etc.) and fully equipped for both indoors and outdoors (including beach gear).

Wendy (owner) was very easy to deal with, polite and always there to quickly respond to any questions.

I drove from Canada to Cape Cod and would definitely do it again to stay here!

We stayed here off season to check out the area and found it was such a perfect spot. From this home you can easily walk to the entire downtown (our 4 year old did it twice) and it's an equally short walk to the beaches. They have a beach pass but since it was off season we didn't need to use it.

We also traveled to Provincetown and Woods Hole since the trips were only about an hour each way which was perfect timing for the little one.

The house itself easy fit our family of 5 and our dog. The two bathrooms and two showers made everything easier (esp since they have a clean working tub for our little one). There are two large tables you can eat at for family meals (inside and outside). The kitchen was easy to use as well and had what we needed to prep and eat our meals.

We would highly recommend this location and this home!
