Our home, Surfs Inn, is a charming three bedroom, 1 bath home nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and the Melody Tent.

Our Home

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed as well as access to the backyard and deck. This bedroom has plenty of closet space and has a window AC. The Second bedroom has a queen side bed, closet and dresser space as well as a window AC. The third bedroom has two twin beds, closet, dresser space and a window AC unit. The home has 1 bathroom with tub-shower, as well as an outdoor shower.

The living room has a 50 inch TV with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, DVD/Blue-ray as well as a Playstation 3 with games and an Original Nintendo Entertainment System, so you can play classic games such as Super Mario Brothers, Dr. Mario, Tetris and Contra. The living room has a couch and two reclining chairs and is stocked with books, games and a large box of Legos.

The kitchen is fully furnished with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Drip and Keurig coffee-maker, blender and toaster. The kitchen also includes a table with seating for 6 and a window AC that cools the entire home.

The home has an unfinished basement with laundry, as well as a garage with 8+ bikes for adults and young-adults (please bring your own helmets). We also provide many outdoor games including Large Block Jenga, Cornhole, wiffle-ball, Bocci. In the basement you will also find plenty of beach chairs, a beach cart, coolers and beach toys.

SurfsInn has two large deck areas- one off the front of the home with built-in seating and another deck off the master bedroom in the back. Outside you will find an outdoor shower as well as a Weber grill for all your outdoor BBQ needs.

The area-

Located centrally on the Cape, SurfsInn is a short walk to Hyannisport Beach (Eugenia Fortes Beach) or Sea street Beach (Keyes Memorial Beach). SurfsInn is also a short drive to Craigville Beach in Centerville or Kalmus Beach. You can also walk to the Melody tent from the home.

Located and deeded in Hyannisport, SurfsInn puts you in the heart of Cape Cod. The home is a 5 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Main Street Hyannis with plenty of great restaurants and shops. Or if you are interested in getting away to the Vineyard or Nantucket, we are 5 minute drive or quick Uber to the ferry terminal.
