This was the best place we ever rented on Cape Cod, and our host, Theresa, was awesome.
We loved the house, which was a beautiful historical home of which we became so attached that would have loved to make it ours to keep and continue its history... it was a very strange feeling that we belonged to the family who lived there... that we were part of that family...

Other than that the house was clean, close to the beach, to the ferry to Nantucket, to the bike trail to Chatham , etc. - a lovely home for us... a lovely place to be happy to be together...

We (my family and two friends' families - 6 adults and 5 kids) had greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The house is spacious inside and out, and elegantly furnished throughout. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. We visited the nearby beaches with such ease and had a blast. A car ride to explore Chatham and Dennis was also nice and easy from this location. Theresa was a gracious host. She was very responsive to all my questions and had offered a detailed list with many good recommendations for restaurants and activities. She even brought back a couple sweaters left behind by us and dropped them off by my house - thank you, Theresa! Highly recommended! show more show less

Wow! What an experience we had. The property was perfect, inside and out! This is a large and spacious home. There are plenty of bedrooms and privacy for all when wanted. There are so many large rooms to relax and gather in. There are 2 sun rooms that are unique and useful. Great for gathering for meals, card games or whatever. The house was extremely clean and well laid out. The appliances and utensils were all first class and very useful! The yard outside is huge with plenty of grass area and a nice fire pit area. Private beach right across the street and nice more commercialized beaches a few minutes away. This was a great place to experience Hyannis Port. Main Street a few minutes away with plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. Easily can walk to them or a short car ride.It is easy to get to other areas on the Cape also. This house was perfect for our large group!! Theresa was fantastic to work with! Very accommodating and was a wealth of local knowledge. Very helpful with advice on all our questions. The rental process was fantastic before, during and exiting with no issues at all. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back!! show more show less
