Stay at this 4BR/2BA beautiful home conveniently located near downtown Hyannis and beaches. Close to restaurants and shops; minutes drive to beaches (1.6 miles to Kalmus Beach&2.5 miles to Craigsville Beach); lots of activities and events nearby.

LIVING AREAS

The spacious living room offers a comfy couch, love seat, armchairs. Relax in front of the 65” HDTV.

The adjacent breakfast room is where you can enjoy your morning coffee/tea and afternoon sunshine with your family.


KITCHEN & DINING

The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare home-cooked meals. When dinner is ready, the large dining table has seating for eight.


BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.

On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a full-size bed and a single-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a reading chair.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a workspace.

The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanities and private entries to the master and the fourth bedrooms .


OUTDOOR AREAS

The large patio is furnished with a gas grill, a table, and seating for eight. Backyard is fully fenced.


EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the basement (unfinished), and off-street parking for four cars.

We provide 4 foldable beach chairs to guests. Please clean them after use.


SUPPLIES

We provide a Starter-Kit but do not provide supplies for your entire visit. If you think you will need more than what is provided, please make sure to bring some with you or go to a local grocer. Read carefully:
- 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 roll paper towel in the kitchen
- hand-soap
- dish-soap
- sponge
- trash bags
- cleaning supplies

Below is a short list of items we recommend bringing with you:
- shampoo / conditioner / bath soap / toothpaste
- beach towels
- sports equipment (bikes, kayaks, etc.)
- food, spices, cooking oils
- laundry detergent - You'll need to supply your own detergent. We've found many people have allergies and detergent choice is very personal.


PET POLICIES

- Well-behaved pets welcome. We allow max 2 pets.
- Pet fee is $25/night/pet or $120/week/pet. Booking price does not include pet fees and need to be updated by host after booking.
- Please keep pets off the beds and furniture.
- Guests are responsible to remove any and all pet waste from the exterior of the property.
- Dog owners are required to crate their dogs when left at the house alone for the animals safety, and safety of any service staff or repairmen.

Q: I saw in the past review that there is only one bath, but listing says two, how many full bath do you have?
A: We added the 2nd full bath this winter. We now have two full bath.

Q: Is beach parking pass provided?
A: Yes, we provide 1 beach parking pass for guest use.

Q: Is the backyard fully fenced?
A: Yes. The backyard is fully fenced.

Q: Is there an outdoor shower?
A: No.

Q: Are sheets and towels provided?
A: Yes, all beddings are provided. We only provide 1 bath towel per guest (8 max).

Q: Is there a dedicated workspace?
A: On of the upstairs bedroom has a work desk and a comfortable work chair. We do not provide monitor or other office equipment. read more show less
