This environmentally friendly home has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds and 1 sleep sofa), 2 full bathrooms, outdoor shower, kitchen with open concept to living room. Hallway to the bedroom and bath. All rooms are roomy and good size with bright sunlight.

Plenty of parking in the half circle driveway, place for home office.

Linens and towels provided, toilet & toilet paper provided, washer/dryer.

    In 2002 I arrived here on Cape Cod accompanied by my son and carrying dreams of building a new life here. From that point on a lot has changed and I have accomplished a lot. I am happy and conquered. My family and I love living on Cape Cod and being a contributing part of the community. Here God open a lots windows and doors for me and make my dream em reality.




    What is special about this property?
    My property's since I bougth I did a lot up date, I love the place and neighborhood. it is near the Beach, Supermarket, Gas station, Restaurant, Melody Tent, Boat Ramp. I try keep my house in good maintenance and clean, with good take of Landscaping.

    This is the longest-running triathlon on the East Coast!

    Both the Sprint and the Olympic races start and finish at picturesque, sandy Craigville Beach. It's challenging — but still able to be completed by fitness enthusiasts who have trained for the distances. The atmosphere is special; the views are spectacular; and your satisfaction of accomplishment will last for a long time!
