We had a fantastic week on the Cape at Geet's place. She was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Gave us some great recommendations and checked in on us throughout our stay. This was a great place!

Geet's home was exactly what we needed! The location was stellar between having to go to the Convention Center for our daughter's dance competition and the beach. Very close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We'll appointed home even with beach towels for us to use. Easy check in/check out. Overall great stay and would definitely rent again!

We had a comfortable stay at Geet's place which was a short 10 minute walk to beautiful Keyes beach. Applances furnishings, mattresses, linens, etc are newly appointed. We enjoyed access to the outdoor deck for grilling and the quiet cul de sac for our little ones.

Geet e-mailed the information about her property several days before and the instructions were e-mailed the day before, and the instructions were clear. The check-in was very easy as per the instructions. The house was neat and clean upon our arrival. It was refreshing for us that the house has no odor from ciagerette or tobacco smoke. There were adequate supplies such as towels, pillows, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, all bathroom toiletries, etc. The location was excellent for our purpose because it was on a dead end street and the neighborhood was peaceful with practically no vehicular traffic.

It was also very convenient by car to the Hyannis downtown and the ports for the ferries going to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. All the rooms were spacious, modern kitchen, large dining area and living room with a big screen TV that had good selection of streaming channels and live TV. The 2 main bedrooms, masters's and a guest bedroom were spacious. There were 2 other bedrooms that were smaller but with adequate space. The beds were comfortable. Adequate hot and cold water with all faucets and showers. The shower areas were spacious. Overall, our family felt at home in this property. Geet promptly e-mailed us and inquired how the check-in was and if everything was all right. Unfortunately, we weren't able to respond to her e-mail as we were busy enjoying the attractions that Hyannis and Cape Cod had to offer.
Regarding the check-out, it was as easy as the check-in process. There were also instructions and simple to follow, that includes some tidying inside the house, which was fine with my family since we are a family likes to be neat and clean up after ourselves.
Overall, our experience during the weekend in this property was enjoyable, cozy and comfortable. We will not hesitate to return to this property when given the chance to revisit Cape Cod. Geet deserves a hearty congratulations for a job well done in maintaining her property, the truly deserves a 5-star rating! show more show less
